Yes, as long as the item hasn't been dispatched yet, this shouldn't be an issue.
Yes. We are based in the UK but we also have US distributors to help us get your order to you quicker, at a lower-cost, and eco-friendly.
Just get in touch with us as soon as you can, and we will cancel and refund you. If you wait until after the item has shipped, you'll need to return the item before receiving a refund.

We aim to get your order to you ASAP. If it's a title we keep in-house, it will be dispatched within 24 hours, and then it depends on the shipping option you have chosen.
Standard Delivery is generally 2 to 3 days.
Next Day is Next day before 1pm.
Hard to Find Titles
The turnaround time for titles kept outside of shop, particularly older or hard-to-find titles, may be longer as we may need to have them shipped in from a warehouse.
In these cases delivery may take up to 7 to 10 business days.
Bespoke items, such as personalised children's books, can take up to 14 days.
